Scott Henshall to judge at Miss Newcastle

Scott Henshall is to be a guest judge at our 2010 competition.
The celebrity fashion designer from Hartlepool has designed for stars including Madonna, Kylie Minogue and Victoria Beckham and is now fronting a new reality television show called Kitchen Sink to Catwalk.
In 1998, Scott became the youngest designer to show during London Fashion Week and in 2002 he won the Vidal Sassoon Award for Cutting Edge Talent. Later that year, Scott was made Creative Director of British luxury brand Mulberry, where the Times credited him for taking the Mulberry name into the 21st century.
Scott has gone on to achieve big success in the global fashion community as a world class fashion designer. His own labels have sold in over 300 shops worldwide including Harvey Nichols, Harrods, Joseph, Koh Samui, Colette (Paris), Bergdorf Goodman (NY), Fred Segal (LA), Joyce (Hong Kong) and Isetan and Abahouse (Japan). He has also worked closely with established brands such as Burberry, Liberty, Laura Ashley and Cath Kidston.
